Dr. Oz Praises Acai on The Oprah Winfrey Show
On February 5, 2008, Dr. Mehmet Oz appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show and spoke of the highly nutritious açai berry.
Listed on his "Ultimate Anti-Aging Checklist," Dr. Oz said he is ready to introduce the açai berry to his hall of fame of antioxidant-rich foods.
"It has twice the antioxidant content of a blueberry," Dr. Oz said. "It's just sort of breaking through"
